Find out where raw cacao comes from and its many benefits. Discover Learn about a whole range of sweeteners, some raw, some not, that we use instead of sugar in our chocolate and treats. You will also learn about some of the superfoods and how to use them in your sweets (I find that’s the best way to make sure I get my daily dose!)

Raw Chocolate Hearts made using cacao butter
Raw Chocolate Bar made using cacao paste
Maple Walnut Truffles
Hibiscus and red raisin Truffles
Spirulina Mint Bark with Cacao Nibs
Superfood Hot Chocolate with Adaptogenic Herbs
AND you’ll take home a box of chocolates and sweets as well as the recipes. Raw Chocolate ingredients and superfoods will be available to purchase at the end of the workshop.
